Card Delivery Options
SwiftPay offers both virtual and physical card delivery options to suit your needs.
Virtual Cards
Virtual cards are issued instantly upon account approval and plan activation. You can start using your virtual card immediately for online transactions, subscriptions, and contactless payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Delivery Time: Instant (within minutes of approval)
Cost: Free with all paid plans
Physical Cards — Standard Delivery
Physical cards are shipped to your registered address via standard postal service.
Delivery Time: 5–10 business days within the EU/EEA, 10–15 business days internationally
Cost: Free for Metal and Ultra plans, £5 for Premium plan
Physical Cards — Express Delivery
For faster delivery, express shipping is available for Metal and Ultra plan holders.
Delivery Time: 2–3 business days within the EU/EEA, 3–5 business days internationally
Cost: £15 for Metal plan, free for Ultra plan
Card Replacement
If your card is lost, stolen, or damaged, you can request a replacement through the app. Replacement fees apply for lost or stolen cards. Damaged cards are replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
Standard Replacement: £5 (5–10 business days)
Express Replacement: £20 (2–3 business days)

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing
• You must provide a valid and accurate shipping address
• SwiftPay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance
• Cards are shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging for security
• Signature may be required upon delivery for express shipments
